We saw the cutest show yesterday on Valentines Day with our girls. By the way, Happy Valentines to all. My husband got all of us tickets to see Sesame Street Live, Elmo's green thumb. I am such a big fan of Sesame Street as it is. My girls has loved Elmo since they were toddling. His brother and his family also came along. It was so cute. You could feel and see the excitement when we got there. Once we started all the children's eyes got so big with amazement on how great the show was. The show was full of color, dancing, and of course learning how to nurture and let it go. I really got into the characters. I remembered how much I loved them as well as my children did. So, along with my kids I was clapping, singing and laughing. I would glance from time to time over at my husband, and his brother and you could see the kids in them coming out as well. It was great! The only down fall to all of this is the selling of the products. I know they have to produce enough funds to make the show stay alive, but $10.00 for a Elmo balloon? Come on... It was tuff buying the $15.00 shirts for our girls. Not to mention the $7.00 medium drink. It is just outrageous. Out side of that, we had made some fond memories for the kids. That's what it is all about. Making memories that will last. It is my goal to raise the best girls I know how and to give them some fabulous memories to tell there children.
